Ingredients:
- Coconut 2 cups – grated
 - Brown sugar 1 cup
 - Cardamoms 2 powdered
 
Procedure:
- Heat 1/4 cup of water to a boil and add the brown sugar till it reaches a thread consistency (if you take a pinch of it and separate your fingers the syrup must stretch like a thread between the fingers)
 - Add the grated coconut and the powdered cardamoms
 - Keep stirring till the mix hardens to the required consistency (consistency of bread pudding)
