Ingredients
- Ground chicken – 250 grams
- 1/2 egg
- salt
- green chili
- ginger
- garlic
- fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)
- garam masala
- jeera powder
- Onions – finely diced
- Cilantro
Method
- Mix ingredients 1 to 9 together and refrigerate for 2 hrs
- Remove mix from refrigerator and mix in onions and cilantro
- Put the mix on skewers
- Preheat oven to 350F and bake for 30 minutes turning the skewers once after 15 minutes
- Garnish with diced onions, cilantro, chaat masala, and lime juice
